These warm summer months leave us searching for ways to have a yummy breakfast, without needing to turn on the oven. This recipe for Breakfast Popsicles is not only super easy, but extra delicious as well. You’ll most likely have all of the ingredients right in your refrigerator and if not, you can make your own adjustments to your own liking.
Breakfast Popsicles
- your favorite flavor of yogurt (we like vanilla greek yogurt)
- sliced/chopped fruit of your choice (we like to use a variety of strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries)
- granola
- popsicle molds
Start by layering your fruit in the bottom of your popsicle molds. You’ll want to fill it 1/3 of the way full, or more. Fill the popsicle molds full of yogurt, tapping your molds lightly on the table to settle the yogurt into your fruit. Leave about 1 inch at the top of your mold to allow for expansion when freezing. Top with a layer of granola, insert the popsicle handles into your molds, and pop into the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
You will want to run the bottom of your molds under warm water when you are ready to serve. This will make it easier to remove your popsicles from the mold.
Enjoy!
