Easy Blender Pancakes
- 1 cup GF oats
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Blend oats, dry in a blender until light and fluffy. Add bananas, eggs, and cinnamon, then pulse until mixed well.
Drop a dollop of batter onto a heated griddle and cook over medium-low heat. Cool about 1-2 min on each side, dependent on the size of your pancake.
Enjoy with your favorite pancake toppings such as pure maple syrup, honey, jam, or fresh fruit.
