Easy Sourdough Crepes

One of my family’s favorite sourdough recipes, and if I’m being honest, one of the easiest to make!!

With 3 ingredients (yes, 3!), you’ll have a pile of crepes made and ready for your next breakfast, brunch, or fun party!

Easy Sourdough Crepes

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sourdough discard
  • pinch of salt

Whisk all ingredients together, or blend in a blender. Heat your crepe pan over med-low heat. Spray with non-stick spray (don’t forget this part!) and spread 1/4 cup batter evenly on the pan. You will want a very thin layer!!

Cook until lightly browned (1-2 min) and flip carefully. Cook again for 30-60 seconds and move to plate to cool.

Serve with your favorite toppings.
We love fresh fruits, honey, nut butters, fresh whipped cream, etc.
You can even make savory crepes using meats, cheeses, and sauces.
