Chia seeds are one of those things that we tend to overlook at the grocery store. Often times, we look at them as a “health trend”, when we should really look at them as a more regular staple. While there are many different ways we can use them in our recipes, today I want to share a quick and easy recipe for a yummy breakfast bowl.
Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowl
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups milk (I use oat milk. you could use almond or soy)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp honey
Mix ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
Scoop about 1/2 cup of the pudding into a bowl (or as much as you’d like for your serving), then top with fruit, nuts, and a drizzle of honey.
